No adjustment of rod re-positioning is needed, making all repair jobs more efficient for basement waterproofing and concrete crack repair professionals. This is accomplished simply by changing plungers. The Emecole "Jake" 300 can be adapted to any ratio and cartridge size associated with cartridges offered by Plas-Pak (Ratio-Pak and System II). This optimizes the power generated by the trigger mechanism and eliminates twisting of the system, associated with push rods being not in-line with the drive rod. The drive rod and push rods in the Emecole "Jake" 300 are in-line. These problems typically arise from the pulsating flow resulting from the use of conventional trigger mechanisms as the sole source of power. The force generated by the spring mechanism can also be adjusted to best shift the flow and power requirements of specific application simply by changing spring tensions. Together, they extend the force which results in the continuous flow of material from the cartridges(s) through the static mixer. This continuous flow overcomes mixing problems which may otherwise occur in systems using static mixers. The Emecole "Jake" 300 utilizes a high performance trigger mechanism which actuates a compression spring. The "Jake" compares favorably with air-powered counterparts in performance (plus being lighter, easier to handle, and less costly).
The Emecole "Jake" 300 introduces maximum manual power coupled with continuous flow for the dispensing of single and dual cartridge systems. The Emecole "Jake" 300 Gun is equipped to dispense both cartridge combinations for the repair of poured foundation cracks.
The Emecole line of two-component epoxies and polyurethane foams for low-pressure crack injection are packaged in dual cartridge size combinations of 300/300 (1:1) or 300/150 (2:1). Interchangeable plungers allow the Emecole Jake 300 to be used with any combination of 300cc, 150cc and 75cc tube sets.Built with heavy duty materials for years of use.Spring loaded high performance trigger provides a consistent flow of material at 20-40psi and less hand fatigue compared to conventional guns.
